hopefully Chelsea will learn to play entertaining football between now and when they get to Wembley. Was another dull and dire performance in my opinion and fell sorry for Blackburn. They missed a couple of really good chances and in the end that cost them

In all honesty - should be a good match and should hopefully be quite a few goals about (United defence is lacking slightly but on the other hand United's trio of Giggs/Rooney & Ronaldo will cause problems up-front).

United's defence is looking a bit weak at the moment, but with a bit of luck, in a couple weeks it wont be as bad. Tuesdays game is going to be totally makeshift mind you.
Come saturday though we should have a semi solid defence again. With Evra left, o'shea right, ferdi and heinze in the middle. Wont be our perfect defence but it be better then nothing. But by time AC come along I am hoping that Vidic will be sorted as that guy is easily as good as any other defender out there, and it not like we perticularly missed neville before so that makes no difference.

I'm not gonna put any input on who's gonna pwnzor or roxor the proverbial boxor or whatever just yet, same goes for the CL semi's.
Both Utd and Liverpool when facing Chelsea it's been so 50/50 overall in the last few meetings.

i'll be happy with CL/League for Man U - Chelski can have the FA Cup.

I think the FA Cup is gonna be a non-event. If Man U and Chelski get to CL final, the FA cup is just before it - they'll be desperate not to get injured etc in that if it means missing the CL final.
As long as 'pool win f*ck all, i'll be happy, oh and west ham get relegated....and city (ah well, i can but dream)

If bottom of the league watford can make united defense look so poor what do you think chelsea and AC are going to do about that?
Chelsea always up there game against the big sides and coast against the rest, so you can talk all you want about lead up games, united have hardly been consistent.
I cant wait for mourinho to silence all these munich tv fans, hes the best manager there is at the moment and if chelsea dont want him next season, he wants to stay in england which would be great for the english game if he manages england or another team.
Another thing is that munich supports are already talking about who they are going to face in the cl final, this is seriously underating AC. United are going to be leaking goals and stuggling to get past a solid defense.
I cant see united not dropping points in the prem and i cant see them winning vs teams like AC/ Chelsea who will up there games with there mediocre defense. United are close to the top of there game at the moment but you see massive problems with there defense and we shall see how good there attack is when it comes up against a real defense/keeper.

So Man Utd dont play against a decent defence, yet Roma are 2nd in the Italian League? Hmmm. Interesting.
For inconsistancy the only team to look at is Chelsea. They will have one good game and 4 scrappy games. Guess you could say they are a consistant scrappy side.
Yes Man Utd are such an inconsistant they got a 15 Goal difference advantage against Chelsea, as well as being top of the league. And their defence is so poor they have only let in 4 more goals all season then the oh mighty Chelsea defence. Can see the arguement there.
Yes at the moment our defence is not overly strong, yet we ripped apart a strong defence in Roma. Yes after goal 3 they fell apart due to being disheartend but before that they were still slaughtered by every attack Utd put together. There is not a single team in Europe that can defend against fast one touch football that Utd been playing lately. That said no team can defend against such precision no matter whom is actually doing said passing style.
Utd defence is weak at the moment, this is no suprise. Chelsea complained when 2 centre backs were out injuried. Man Utd have not had three quarters of their defence for awhile now and yet we still winning in style. The best form of defence is to attack for them, and they are proving that.
Utd will have a couple of people back for the Milan game, so defence will be a bit more solid. Once Vidic is back though any team will have a hard time getting through them because he has turned into such a talent.
Now Im not saying Utd will win everything, just certain people need to get perspective on things. The amount of people that say Utd are lucky is just humourous, and to say they are inconsistant when they won 25 out of 32 games in the league, 2 more then Chelsea have is erm, strange?

You can talk all you want about being consistancy but when it comes to losing 2-1 to portsmouth and roma and then beating roma 7-1 it speaks volumes, add onto that dropping a 9 point lead, everyone including me thought the league was a done deal..... but some how united managed to fuck it up..... and i cant say im complaining but i cant belive it happened.
Like i said, We have yet to see Chelsea's best and united are giving about all they have to offer at the moment, you dont want to peak in games like roma, you want to peak in games that are crucially 6 pointers. Chelseas season has been surrounded in injurys and bad luck, uniteds quite the opposite and i think that is on the verge of changing. I only caught the end of the chelsea game this weekend on the radio, but like i said chelsea dont perform at there best at clubs like blackburn but what they do is grind out results, which is good enough.

Vidic did not "turn" into a talent.
He cost you 7.2 million, he was a major talent before he came to the club, else he would not cost that kind of money.
