He means Ben Foster I think. VDS pissed me off towards the end of season, he was really shakey at times and cost us points because his concentration wavered at times. The bloke is a great keeper but I am a bit worried that old age is settling in and his mind is begining to wander.![]()
Ok, seeing as Leeds are shite and might not even start next season, gonna focus on my picks for the Premiership
Top 6
Man United(god that pains me)
Chelsea
Liverpool
Arsenal(just have the edge on Spurs)
Spurs
Newcastle
Relegated
Wigan
Birmingham
Derby
Surprise of the season - Sunderland, really can see them lifting a trophy like the FA cup
Manager of the season - Roy Keane
Flop of the season - Tores
Buy of the season - Pizzaro of Chelsea(sp?)
Top Scorer - Drogba
wasnt wigan relagated last season? and id put everton above newcaslte, but im biased![]()
And Cho what do you mean Chelsea not the happy camp, we're going back to 4-3-3 at fucking last and Jose and Roman kissed and made up![]()
Hmm, United will do well if the new players settle in, if they don't it could unsettle the whole side and it is a real worry for me. Liverpool will face the same but maybe to a lesser extent now they got rid of that scumbag Bellamy. As for Chelsea, not a very happy camp anyway and by not selling the deadwood plus buying new players means there will be more discontent before long. Arsenal could be the dark horse, not many changes and a maturing side could suprise alot of people.
Just a shame that Foster owned himself in training a while back - not likely to be playing this season, which sucks bigtime for England too - we need someone to replace Robinson.

Go away Cho you make me sad with your truths
I'd assume that a lot of it will be just switching people around and seeing how things work.
Either 4-3-3 or 4-4-2. Mourinho obviously has a plan with the buys he's made, i'm eager to see what it is.
On the contrary do you think Utd will suffer the same with regards to your new signings?, it looks quite a congested midfield, not as bad as Chelsea's but still.
throw 120k a week at themHow do the hell do you keep the other four who can't play happy?
Our problem was having decent replacements when we had players missing against Milan, we now have quality back up in every position apart from right back. As i don't rate O'Shea/Brown there.

O Shea and Brown are crap
What happened to Silvestre, best centre back a few years ago

Aside from his new contract negotiations at Chelsea and him saying he's happy there?
He's a Chelsea player until he's wearing a madrid shirt. They do this with so many players to unsettle the clubs/players.
Cho - what about your toyboy Saha?, where does Tevez/Smith fit in if they're at United when the season begins? and Solksjaer?
I can see Chelsea playing 4-4-2 moreso than 4-3-3 for the reasons you've mentioned above though, but its good to see Jose's said that noones place is now guranteed in the first 11.
For me it'd be;
--------------------Cech----------------------
Whoever-------JT----------Ricky---------Bridge
------------------Makalele/Mikel---------------
Cole-------Lampard--------Essien-------Robben/Malouda
-------------Shevchenko/Pizzaro--Drogba------
Right back, who knows. If Alves comes then essentially thats his place for the season. Ballack can foad. Shevchenko i think will come good this season. Kalou i'm not sure whether he'll be employeed as a wideman or a striker this year.
