Game Over Chelsea :(

what an outstanding mornings football though. I've been trying to watch both matches at once.

Thought Utd were dead and buried at half time.

man utd celebrate like they have won the league at everton tbh.. and tbh coming from 2 - 0 down to win 4 - 2 is the thing of champions so they deserve it.

LOL at bitter Chelski fans.

The Premiership trophy should be awarded to....The Referees Association.

After all, they did more than anyone to win it for Utd.

The obvious stench of corruption in English football is worse than it was in Italy.

Shame.

English Football RIP.

Sure a few decisions havn't gone their way but that is overeacting just a bit? Btw this was taken from Talk 606 on the BBC webby.

Rob styles had a good game. Although how he missed Meite's blatant handball is beyond me

If you don't believe me, watch MOTD tonight :p

Will do but don't you think it's overeacting?

I'm not branding you one of those bitter Chelski fans btw.. just some of them are idiots.

Man Utd done well to come back, but they were gifted it. However they still had to work for it.

Everton scored two crackers and united with all the attacks just couldnt seem to work a goal. Credit to Scholes for admitting he couldnt see where a goal would come from till they got the keepers help.

First goal, extremely lucky, but once again O'shea shows he is a right poacher. In the right place and reacted fast to put it in the net away from the 3 players between the goal and him. Gift.

Second goal. Well, Ronaldo causing havoc then i dont know what happened... however it not a Neville OG, though he managed to hit the target it flicked up in off the people laying on the goal line :) But he a Manc at heart still i guess.

3rd goal, poor loss of possession but great finish by Rooney, when everything not going his way he kept going for it.

4th goal, great finish and composure from Eagles, even if he almost fell on his face :)

Good game, good comeback and Chelsea now got alot of work. However I would not say it is over, but man utd can safely draw a game now and not worry too mcuh. However I want the season to be over before the final game so we can rest players against the hammers.

Heres a purely optimistic approach;

Chelsea hopefully will receive one hell of a rocket up their arse about Arsenal, although can't call the score given the last 2 league performances.

Man Utd have a potentially tricky derby next week, as you said that's probably a game you can safely draw.

May 9th is going to be the pivotal game. If Chelsea win it then Utd can't afford to slip up against West Ham at old trafford (last day of the season is always dodgy, never know ;)). Although if next week goes your way and not ours, you could very well be handed the trophy next sunday or at SB.

Been a great season nonetheless, still 2 major trophies for both teams, FA Cup will be an explosive game, champions league finalists very much any 2 of the 4 imo.

Aye, Arsenal vs Chelsea. Now that is going to be one interesting game. I couldnt call it before today... now though it even tougher to call however it could have swung in Arsenals favour. Depends on if Chelsea react like champions, or hide in the shadow of Jose.

And aye, champions league. could be any 2 of the 4 in the final. I think this has been the best season for exciting season close for a long time now. On both domestic and european fronts.

Aye, that what they all seem to be saying. Yet not taken into account the fact united had major injuries to the back line and injuries throughout the rest of the side since January. Still hear them saying it only because they had a spell without Terry and Cech. They dont seem to count that man utd been without Vidic, Neville (at times evra), Park, Saha and recently Rio. And we dont have an unlimited budget to spend unlike them so we used our youth players.

That said, the amount of united fans that think this was Eagles debut match is astonishing. Sure he not been in the first team since a couple years ago but it still not a debut match. Got a good number of players that may begin to push through in the next 2 years that many not really know as they out on loan deals etc. Should be interesting time for united. Lets hope between now and next season some "fans" learn about their team :)

Carvahlo has been a huge performer this season though IMO. Unless he makes a miraculous recovery for tuesday, it'll be a big blow for us.

Essien needs to play in midfield that game, and its shaping up for him to partner JT :(

Leeds United good as relgated now!

Fucking Dennis Wise, he was a shit manager and a bad choice. He had no connection with the club as a player, he was the wrong choice imo.

Serves you right for invading the pitch before the games over ;)

At the start of todays game it was mourinho's wish to have the united score posted on the bottom of the stamford bridge match screen ..He believed that everton getting a good result against us was a pretty good bet,so he wanted to use their crowd reactions to our game as a motivation for his own team.

With about 15 minutes to go they had it removed...Oh how I laughed when I heard about that!

LMFAO just read this on 606, give up Maureen the mind games don't work with SAF!

We shouldnt even have been in that position, can you blame the fans for acting the way they did after being fucked over by the club AGAIN?

This is what happens when you gamble with big money. Leeds gambled and lost all those years ago :(

Yeah because you think you are unbeatable..just like predicting you were going to beat Newcastle and Bolton.

I don't think we're unbeatable, i think the motivation to win at least one more trophy this year will drive the players on, even if the league doesn't go our way.

Everything to play for on 3 fronts still, yes i said it was game over in my opening post, but football has a way of turning things around :p

Carvalho is a big loss I rate him way above over rated John Terry, Terry gets the headlines cause he is English and would run through a wall but he is often found wanting in his own box.

I think the pressure of Maureen having a break down is getting to the team tbh, I believe there will be more twists yet but unless Man utd die they have wrapped up the league. I cannot see them dropping a defeat and a draw in the next 3 matches.

Champions league is anyones at the moment and I do not want him to get his mits on the Fa cup :p

The proper Leeds didn't invade the pitch. A bunch of morons with their knuckles dragging along the floor invaded the pitch before it finished, not the real fans. And we had a corner too when they did it. The real fans stayed in their seats and booed the so callled "fans" on the pitch. A crap way to end a crap season.
