They arent the official kits at all. New kits dont come out until after the season has finished.
Also, none are available on Liverpool/chelsea's website

1. Liverpools kit maker is Adidas. Not reebok
2. I cannot remember next years kit being released for sale before the previous season has ended.
3. Its an americasn website. Do you really believe some yank website is gonna have next seasons kits before the official stores of each club has?

I would put money on them being training kits rather than the playing kit.
