Quality, what I'm looking forward to,

-Overhaul of the transfer system has been needed for a long time and its coming soon
-Rumour mills
-3d pitch
-Assistant Feedback, new and improved, the interaction during games etc
-Board/press conferences
-Teaching players prefered moves

Seems like FM09 is a big step up from FM08.
