Football Football Manager 2009 question

In Football Manager 2009 LIVE there is a nice program which helps you build formations. You tell it what you roughly want and it modifies the player and team instructions accordingly.

I am trying to find this program, any of you guys found it? p.s. there is an excel one but it's a bit shit

isnt the program part of the actual game, something they trying out for 2010?

i dont like the idea of that, never had a problem sorting out tactics for teh players i have

Yeah, was hoping a clever sod had cloned it or something.

I wanted to make a few 4-3-3 and 4-5-1 formations using the tool and see if what I instruct the players to do, matches what the program uses.
