A premiership team with 30 members of staff and some one employeed to do this stuff dont do it and the FA go and break there own rules and do not dock the points because its not fair on the fans. MY team wrexham got points deducted last year that made us get relagted from league 1 .. and due to that our best and most influential players left.. clubs finances was fucked up power struggle to who buys the club and settles debts.. which took tol on players.. we was lucky not to be relagated to the conference this season.. but hopefully we will bounce back.

OK it might seem harsh on West Ham But if Tevez is a illegal player and he is getting west ham points thats wrong. Even just 6 points from game where he scored like yesterday he sealed the future of another club.

West Ham fucked up by playing a player that has got them points that they do not own. The FA rules are clear cut they get docked points as it is near as makes not odds to cheating. FA have not done this so saved West Ham relegation and caused Sheffield Utd to go down.

Now they risk going into administration after going down. Fair is fair and what has happened here is a joke for the other teams in the dog fight. If you look at it in terms of next season West Ham were punished by being given £45 million.

Both are still owned by some dodgey company but liverpool filed it as a loan deal not a purchase. I think thats where the trouble is coming from West Ham filed as there own player when he is owned by some one else Liverpool filed him as a loan player on a 18 month loan.

Wont happen, cant see fergy getting involved simply because he is very good friends with Curby. But maybe i be proved wrong, however it nothing to do with managers, it needs to be the chairman of the club that sorts this stuff out and leave the manager/coach/playing staff out of it.
