Becks should make way for the younger generation of players, there are lots of people who are looking very good very keen to play for England. give them a chance imo and stop living in the past.

True, but still, i think cappellloooooo will try to bring alot of fresh blood into the team, so he can mould them to his playstyle and tactics.

Personally i dont think Lamps and Gerrard should be played together either, both are good players but they conflict with eachother too much.

really good squad, getting to have a good look at some of the real up and coming talent England has to offer. I am delighted for Ashley young (he is quick, has a great touch and a very good final ball. And he plays on the left) Agbonlahor as well, what better way to play against teams than with players that actually work their arses off for 90 minutes.

I laughed at lennon being dropped to the 21's, hes so fucking over rated. hes distribution is a disgrace, I have the same problem with SWP but he atleast causes problems in the opposition box.

What I do know is that capello will pick the best team for the job and not the best players. This will bring back players having pride in the fact they have been picked on merit and not because of reputation.

Lennon made Evra look pretty average in the cup tie when he crossed for the Spurs goal. I think he's a good player.
