lol i agree, i wouldnt have any sent to someones work tho a girlfriend i was with ages ago turned up to my work with a rose for me, it was so embarrasing. She done it cause it would be funny, so i done it to her when she was working in the pub. No romance there it was just us taking the piss out of each other heeh

lol at B2's work this woman got sent flowers for valentines day...on the friday rofl call me a bit of a cynical but well... she couldn't of had them sent on saturday because then no one would have seen her getting them would they? and she couldnt do the whole...Flowers, for little old me?? routine ^^

I dunno but when people get sent flowers at work it kind of makes me cringe just a little... its a bit too showy, send em to her house when she's home from work with a bottle of bubble bath, tbh thats more of a "wow I really thought about this" gesture tbh because yeah its all fair and well sending a huuuge bouquet to her work...she gets to show off etc etc but then she's gotta lug em round all day and you just know someone'll sit on them and then shes gotta fanny about getting them on the bus etc etc...

btw this isn't aimed at anyone here lol i'm just doing senile ranting at a fictional couple. But! my ramble was actually making a point!! spontanious gestures of affection are lovely but you also have to consider the practicalities of them.

there, I knew there was a point in there somewhere lol.

Sooooooooooooo, you haven't gotten any flowers? :(

guess it depends on the girl, if she likes grand gestures that would be perfect, if she does not, maybe best to send them to her house! :D
