Floppish sleves enc on hib

ok read vos had some info from my wtb thread about it too but..

can it be done 1 bard with sos as supposidly ya should get agro from snake heads that spwan due to the speed and B 3 tanks and a foh plus fop and pbt be enough to kill big boy at end?

also animis do they work on him as it sasy on vos energy and cold dont work so im wondering if anis will be of any use there?

any info be nice as i need lightning etched scale sleeves as last item in template......

You know that Vos is wrong about the stats on foppish sleeves for hib ?

afaik ..twisting and prodical went to get it recently and it was wrong - it said it was dex sleeves but for hib it was con or said it was con and turned to be dex or summit ..

unsure but would check it first

well pray to god it is dex or my entire template is fooked!!!!
and so fortth months of famring 100's of plats wasted and my sub wasted too
tbh what was point playing if it is wrong lol

im hoping it has :
18 acuity
4 power %
8 dex cap !!!!!!
8 acuity cap
2 cast speed!!!!
4 spel dura

im prety sure i can find a unique uitem with 8 dex cap on and 2 cast speed but lol at those odds
