Afternoon.

I've got a 20gig iPod, boxed, with case and bag, remote and docking station. It's in very good condition.

I'm not too up on if its 2nd gen or 3rd gen or wtf - I bought it early this year.

Need to raise some funds and am driving a lot these days so don't use it so much - a mate has offered me £150 cash (it cost me orginally £280 approx but I need 2 grand fast for a trip to Japan :) ).

Do you think that's a decent offer? If not what should I be asking? And...anyone interested? I have dealt a lot with forum regs (mainly DVD's) so would sell to the usual people.

Oh got a copy of Doom 3 too ;).

TIA

I reckon £150 is about the maximum you can feasibly ask for it, maybe up to £175 - anything more than that and your friend will probably go and buy a 4th-generation iPod instead (the 20GB model being about £220).

yeah because apple dropped the price when they announced the 4g ones (2 fucking weeks after i bought a 3g 40gb :() the second-hand prices have gone to shit as well, although with the 4g 20gb, you dont get the dock or wired remote iirc, so a few extra quid can be added on for these.
