I know most folks post here wanting mega plat MP stuff but....
All I'm after is a fletcher to make me a 99% or MP lvl 26 Staff for my new friar.
My dog of a comp is struggling duel logging so wanna be self suffient with buffs in Thid

srry can't make yet, not 99% stuff. the satff you asking for is orange to me so far. needs about 50-60 more skill.

ahh lol, I just assumed it was grey con.
I think you can only get 99% quality on things that have gone grey (possibly green, its been a while )to you, hence the number of retries.

It depends on skill levels, not Con (assuming you're not a legendary crafter)

So, at grey, it's 16.33% chance (and 2% chance of MP)
At one point from grey, it's 16.33% chance (and 1% chance of MP)
At 2 points from grey, 16.33% chance
At 3 points from grey, 15.33% chance
At 4 points from grey, 14.33% chance
...
At 18 points from grey, 0.33% chance
At 19 points or more from grey, 0% chance
