What is the best thing to fletch? (or cheapest/fastest)

stick, insturments or bows?

Does anyone have an estimate of the costs untill lgm?

Try DAoC Tradeskills

They've got message boards for all the tradeskills and for weaponcraft at least, in the message boards you can find tables of what to make for the cheapest increases (all averaged out of course) at each skill level.
