Flash quiz help

I'm having a go at making a simple quiz in Flash MX based on a magazine article, I've only done animations in Flash before so this is all a bit new to me, and wondered if anyone here could have a look at the fla file for me to see where I've gone wrong? It's a very simple program, but not as simple as me; it seems to be stuck in a little loop and wont find the questions xml file, I know I'll have made a little mistake somewhere or other but I can't see it myself. I could just go to the magazine's website and download the working file, but I'd rather someone help me discover where I went wrong so I can learn a bit.
