Flash Modules not loading

Goa website, sometimes it loads properly and sometimes it loads with missing flash modules.
I thought they learnt from past experience and the site would be working under stress. Take it its not just me that gets random things when page has fully loaded.

I'm having trouble with the Flash too. But am off out for a couple of hours for a pre-arranged breakfast meeting!
