I am not to sure to be fair, but i know their support from Japan/Thailand? absolutely stinks. My mate had a brand spanking new h140 which broke and sent it away 6 weeks ago. Hes only just received an email saying sorry, you missed this months deliverys to the UK and we can only wait till the next load of shipments to the UK. They did offer him his money back which he took but what kind of support is that?
