I went too school with this low-life (two years under him though, in the same year as his younger brother) and it doesn't surprise me in the least that he turned out like this, anyway thought I'd share it.

Hope he gets what's coming to him in Prison.

His barrister Austin Newman said: "The tragedy is this young man clearly needs help."

I've always wondered about "gets what's coming to him" as a saying. What else would we get?

"Hope he gets what's coming to his neighbor" would be rather contradictory i guess.

Whenever one of these threads come around, people start asking for death..Bugz would you seriously kill this person for growing up and becoming someone you could never understand? Is it all his fault that he turned out this way? Would you have turned in to the same person if you'd have had the same upbringing as him? Would you accept being killed for biting someones ear off?

I think not.

Me on the other hand, I hate being all PC. I'd definitely shoot him. :D

I had an emotional-filled response ready until I saw the last line.

Lmao :d

I get why people would want to simply "shoot him", emotional responses to things differ from person to person, even if i hold a very different view on the matter.

Just don't think violence solved with violence solves anything.

He won't go to proper prison as he isn't 21+.

Not that, that matters seeing as the youth prisons are worse than the Adult ones.

Yeah, i thought that was rather fine aswell.

Can't see any rich posh bastards doing that.

And i don't care if they have prostitutes and whisky in lockdown, if losing the freedom to go out and f*ck about is the downside.

Mind you, this isn't the first thing he has done ;)

When I said "I hope he gets what's coming to him", I meant I hope the little **** gets beaten the fuck out of for starting shit with the wrong person in there.

I don't know him all that well, but he has attacked me a few times in the past, when I first moved to Otley (up from the Isle of Wight), his younger brother in my year and his friends bullied me quite heavily and I just took it, until one day I caught his brother on his own and decided to beat the shit out of him, which put an end to the bullying and his mates started acting "nice" to me but that's not the point. The next day I went to school his mother pulled up the car at the front of the school, and his brother (Jason Robinson as linked above) and his over older brother (about 16 years old, I was like 12 at the time) jumped out of the car, pushed me over a 7ft wall and came at me with a knife, while the mother was standing there cheering them along, fucked up family? I think so :)

Another Sun reader! Awesome! 23 hours stuck in a cell with not alot to but stew in your own waste.. Not to mention the notoriously high suicide rate in "youth" prisons. Sound's like a dream.

Read a book called Prisongate, then you will understand what real prisons are like.

Always think people who complain about the standards of prison are funny its not meant to be fun they should go back to chain gangs make them clean the streets and stuff. Do the dirty work. Not the rapists and murders. Or make them clean up crime sceens drunk drives make them clean car wrecks that might be abit mean.

Which is what I said nub. :p

And i'm not moaning about the state of the prison system, though I will argue tooth and nail that it's definately needs a major overhaul. I'm moaning about people listening to shit reporting in the media about "how easy" prison is.

Not much good if the prison you are in is so understaffed that they can only let you out for an hour a day.

Prison's need incentives so that they can control and reform prisoners. Without the incentives there is nothing that you can "take away" from the prisoner that you haven't taken away all ready, which would basicly lead to riots everyday.

Sticking prisoners in shit holes only makes them enbittered and more likely to comit more offences upon release as a "revenge" against society... Unless we want to start locking people up forever (stupidily expensive) we need to have some kind of system in place for stoping a few from returning (i think recividism is at like 60-70% atm. - which is why i want a reform, but it'll never happen..).

The problem is penal reform really isn't a propritiy on the govt's. agenda, as far as they are concerned as long as unsolved crime rates are low and police seem to be working effectively and meeting there targets (a joke in itself) everything is fine and dandy.

I can't remeber the name of the prison but it had recividism rates down to 10% as it was using alternative methods for rehabilitation, the other prison governors did not like this so there was a massive "police raid" on the prison, where the apparently found loads of drugs and massive amounts of money (atleast so they said.) in realitiy they found £150 cash (£100 of which was the priests) a small amount of cannabis and a few porno's the prison almost got shut down, all because it was "sucessful" at reforming prisoners and giving them a chance on the outside.

The prison system shots itself in the leg constantly, it's a joke. Pure and simple.

Try remember what the prison was called m8r.

And then they release the cons, expecting them to find a steady job/career when nobody will touch them with a barge pole, and the only way to make money is to commit crime. Well thats my opinion, i think it's all fucked up.

They still arent hard enough. Prisons should be about making your life in there as hard as possible. 23 hours in a cell isnt as hard as possible. They should be up at 6am, working their bollocks off until 6 at night like we used to do in the old days until some nobodies in the EU decided this was against human rights. Prison is not the detterent to crime it should be.

Your entering the whole is prison for punishment or for rehabilitation debate right there. Personally I think if you can prove without a shadow of a doubt that a murder, rapist of paedo committed the crime they should be put to death.

For the rest prison should be rehabilitation.

Now there's a thing to discuss, especially since in the US alone, 10k people are judged and jailed for long sentences and ARE actually innocent. Not to mention the whole texan(not precice term) "let's hang retards" policy.

Shadow of a doubt is always there, unless you're caught with your dick/knife in someone, there's always doubt.

I think thats what he means though - hes saying if they are caught like that, kill 'em, if not, if there is doubt, then lock 'em away.
