Well our company is doing its annual fitness test thingies where the doc sees how "healthy" you are. Muscle thingies, cycling etc.

Thought this year "Haven't been to one, why not."

I drink, smoke, eat "unhealthy"(according to the f*ckers), don't exersizzle, never have, sit at comps all day, am diabetic and all in all, i'm on the Keith Richards diet(minus drugs).

It's going to be interesting to say the least

Will report as soon as results are in, or when i'm dead of a heart attack...whichever comes first.

Considering the second option would never come at all, the first option must always come first.

I solved it!

It went.

Ok maybe a bit more info;

Slight overweight, borderline that is. It's mah beerbelly :( *rubs belly* Mah friend.

Cycling bit where they measure heartrate etc basic "line of fitness" didn't go all the way, but for the first 8 minutes(4 minutes normal, 4 slight weight) it went along smoothly. When the doc cranked the bike to 100W, my legs said "Nu-uh" and stopped co-operating.

No heart or breathing problems though.

Mobility of muscles(shoulder, back etc) is examplery.

Back muscle strength is at 2.8/5.
Tummy muscles are 3/5 (Mah belly! :worthy:)
Arm strength(both) are at 1.8/5. I'm a nerd afterall.
Leg strength is at 2.7/5.

All in all, the doc told me that 2-3 times a week, 30-60min "light exersizzle" would put me over the average line, which evidentally with my living style is "interesting" :D

Toht, you just forgot to give yourself some strbuffs before you went. n00bie! I HATE using bikes, I'd rather run, I'd probably die on there. :(

Aye, the doc said they would have it if they had it :D

Running is more my thing too, love it, can do it for ages.

It's not bad at first, 65rpm i think, but when she cranked it to the "major uphill" setting after 8 minutes of non-stop whisking about it felt like Hel herself was pulling my legs down.

It was an interesting experience for sure, quite effective workout too.

Next year i'll show 'em, i'll show 'em all!

Disclaimer; i took pills, but they were mentats :(
