0-day vulnerability which has been successfuly used to load malware. You don't even need to have gone on a dodgy site. A quick google will give you more details.

There's probably an update by now. Until then, If unsure, I believe you can disable java to get around it until you're sure its remedied.

noscript(which i think someone here suggested long ago) is a marvelous thing.

Ofcourse it means you haev to, now and then, fiddle with it to get sites working proper, but it does what it says on the tin

And i for one am not above browsing sites of the...ahem...human nature
