Everytime i have Firefox running, maybe twice a day it will pop up and say if i want to give any feedback on how its running/stability etc.

As soon as the box pops up, Firefox crashes.

Is there anyway to stop the Feedback from becoming activated??

You have your equation the wrong way round I'm afraid. It should read:
Firefox + Crash = Feedback
Whenever it crashes this pops up (presumably like the send MS an error report in XP thing), are you visiting any particular sites, viewing media (movies/PDF) when it crashes?

JingleBells is exactly right. Firefox has a crash-reporting feature called "Talkback" (which sounds horrid and spyware-ish, but it really isn't). Basically, when Firefox first crashes it will have loaded Talkback and offered you a choice of switching it on. In fact, installing Talkback is an optional part of the Firefox install (certainly when you do a custom install).

You can run it in a number of ways:
* Either you can switch it off, in which case Firefox will just crash.
* You can run it in a "silent" mode, whereby Firefox will crash and you'll just immediately send a dump of data relating to the Firefox crash to Mozilla's bug system.
* Or you can do the "full" mode whereby you send the automatically generated information plus some manual comments.

It's nothing evil and is also very useful to the Firefox devs. I run the second of those options myself :)

Wil have to check next time :p
