Inside is some files and a dictionaries folder. in here are your dic files.
readme file.txt
Rules set.aff
dict.dic
Suggest you grab Ultraedit32 or some other form of good text editor and open it in that. opening in notepad will make you cry
All 3 files can be edited. Can but not sure you allowed, they are owned by someone so might want to check around the readme to see what licensing/restrictions are in place.
Hope this is what you looking for
Most info on google refers to persdict.dat this is your added words. Add a word to dict and that will appear, sadly you can only have 1 persdict.dat and it does have a limit on size so multi language users may have issues with it down the line.
