I lost them after a reboot :O not upgraded FF or anything, seems random! I have a backup thanks to the 5-day backup thing, but I have no idea where I'm supposed to actually put the file to get my bookmarks back 
Mm nm figured it soon as I posted this ;| Seems I had to delete the old .bak too which is why it didn't work in Profile before
