Is out today. UK release I believe is 6pm tonight. They're going for the world record for most downloads in a 24hour period, but that's a fairly moot point.
Get it if you want it, don't if you don't.

If you use FireFox currently, I'd strongly suggest the upgrade, the performance boost is very noticable and niggles such as pinching a lot of ram have been sorted out. Plugins of course you'll need to rely on the authors to get them shifted over.

PS : It's also worth having a read of some of the comments left on that site by hundreds of ignorant fuckwits who haven't got a clue what they're doing. Really they're better off using IE and infecting themselves with something nasty, removing themselves from the gene pool of stupid.

The very reason IE is seen as bad is due to the same 'fuckwits' most times, essentially it is a fine browser for any one with a clue.....sadly no browser can withstand the curse of a 'fuckwit' using it.

I might DL just to help with the record, if the page works, but I doubt I'll bother using it.

No, it'll install over it and retain all your settings. Even keeps the cookies etc

I did it right over top, no problems, had to update 2 add ons and 1 was out of date, no update for it, All went well, tho buttons at top are wrong. They all new and i miss my old ones

Got it just this morning, looks good so far, would be nice if the old themes worked with it as I see a few that looked very bling!

Just Installed it, loving it, Firefox have created yet another decent browser.

I also have the vanilla install. as I was running the 3bèta before this, there only seems to be a difference in pure speed. I'll have to play with it more to unlock all the features.

using the linux ver, tho the hellanzb addon for firefox doesnt work atm worked with the beta tho. should be fixed in few hours
