Just wondered if anyone has been affected by this. They say King's Cross station will be closed till tomorrow.

My journey home turned into a nightmare that meant I was over 3 hours late home and that was by abandoning the 'replacement bus service' and getting a different train to about 20 miles away and then a taxi.

When I turned up at Kings Cross they were directing everyone to Finsbury Park to catch a bus - when I got there there was 1 bus and that was full - it loitered for another 25 minutes with no other buses showing up and then drove off - I waited another 20 mins with no sign of any other replacement buses during all of which time people were turning up in a huge crowd with no queue - must have been 150 people by the time I left for a different route...

Seemed no real plan and in many stations they had no idea what the situation was - still I got to work from home today :)

Only ruined by the fact that I live at Finsbury Park and had to deal with a million extra sweaty commuters all pushing and shoving on my tube train.
