and the quote is "he dead"

I've got a vision of a black guy looking at a dead body (perhaps after a particularly violent death) and saying "he deeead" to his mate / accomplice. It's humourous too. That's all I've got :(

It's not Family Guy - it's definitely live action but I can't find it anywhere and I can't for the life of me figure out what it is.

It's to settle an argument :)

"Oh, there's a big surprise! That's an incredib... I think I'm gonna have a heart attack and die from that surprise! What are we gonna do? We got a big problem here, a big... Mmph!"

Iago from Aladdin - 1992.

Sounds like a line Chris Rock might have delivered. Can picture him saying it for some reason.

Well there's one in django unchained;

You sure that’s him?
Yeah.
Positive? I don’t know.
You don’t know if you’re positive?
I don’t know what ‘positive’ mean.
It means you’re sure.
Yes.
Yes, what?
Yes, I’m sure that’s Ellis Brittle.
I’m positive he dead.

I can imagine chris rock too. Comedy - not django weirdness tho.

It's not an uncommon line - but it's a specific way of saying it :5

Yeah maybe Chris Rock, or it sounds like it could be from something like Bad Boys.

The quote is familiar though, used it myself a few times and not because of family guy. Just can't pinpoint it.
