btw.

I just reread this - it only gives cloaks with the hoods up the ability to take their hoods down but not the ones with their hood down to take their hoods up.

Am i mistaken?

yep, but then the change is lame, wont make cloaks with hoods down able to take their hoods up - and you have to /hood every time you port/log in.

But then again, cloaks with their hoods down have hoods hanging down their backs, dont they? <- does this make sense now?

You cant say a cloak is unhooded if it has a hood. If it has a hood, it's hooded, if it doesnt, it's unhooded.
