So thought i'd make a new post for this.

First off, Forgetting Sarah Marshall.. Anyone else seen this, I loved it, ofc no way near as good as SuperBad but still brilliant none the less. Even though i don't like that Russel Brand I quite liked his part in this film.
Second Can't wait til new incredible hulk movie.
Third well, theres rumours that there might be a Anchorman 2 in the making, would love another but I personally can't see where they'd take it seeing as how the last one ended as them on the "World News" team.

Indianna Jones, from what I've seen of the revires, its def. funny and well worth the watch.
However, I will mostly be waiting for the new Batman film.

michael keaton was (for me) the best batman but Bale is a fair contender.

i'm also tempted to see Nims Island, i really like jodie foster and its got the dude from 300 in it too... and a sea lion!!! \o/

Slightly off topic;

For those of you like me who like a good old fashioned prentious film, check out Paris, Je T'aime, just came out on BT vision, so i assume it'll be on DVD and shit.

It's a series of short films set in Paris all done by top directors (Coen Brothers, Wes Craven, Alfonso Cuaron etc) and starts people like Marianne Faithfull, Elijah Wood, Steve Buscemi, Willem Defoe, Juliette Binoche etc.

If you want to watch a really, quite disturbingly scary film, go for 'rec'. 28 days later, resident evil even...dare I say it, the 'of the dead' series aren't anywhere near as scary as this film.

Absolutely fantastic, even if it is a hand held camera job aka cloverfield.

Seen a clip of the latest Indiana Jones movie
I don't think I'll be going to a cinema to watch it

Raiders of the Lost Ark - Brilliant 5/5
Temple of Doom - Not bad 3/5
Last Crusade - Better than Doom, but not a patch on the original 4/5

Doomsday.

This one is actually quite awesome, sort of like Underworld but without the vampires and werewolves but with an equally pretty Kate Beckinsale clone who kicks ass.

Regarding movies I want to see, definetly the new Batman and the Incredible Hulk, i'm sort of twisted on the new Indy movie, mainly because I fucking despise Shia LeBeouf.

try watching Shutter then. It's a thai movie, but it's fucking scary.

On a sidenote, im planning on taking a 'new' lady out when indiana jones 4 hits the cinema. It will hopefully be worth the waiting time :)

Just saw Doomsday the other day, decent enough film, it kept me awake even tho it was late on a work day so I give it 8/10 tbh. Storyline is quite easy to figure out once you get a bit into the film but still a good film.

I wanna watch Ironman, and ofc the new Batman film. I got a thing for superheroes I guess :)

So far this week I've seen Doomsday, was ok, agree with what others have put... had a real Mad Max feel to me. Other film was Iron Man, Robert Downey Jr did an excellent job, in fact everyone played a really great part.

Other films on my list are Indiana Jones, The Happening, The Hulk, Wall-E, Hellboy 2, Batman 2 and Hancock.... that takes me up to August ;)

Ez, on the Sweeny Todd, wasn't too bad a film... worth watching on a quiet night in and before the rush of other films come out :)

Agree with kirennia on rec. I watched it in the dark on my own, scariest shit I've seen for a long time.

Watched Disturbia the other day as well. It was quite good i thought.

lol anyone else wonder where you can get apocalypse clothing from? i mean people always seem to be wearing the same sort of stuff in films that have an "end of the world as we know it" vibe, i.e. mad max, resident evil 3 in particular, doomsday, escape from new york etc etc

i mean hard wearing and practical yes but in the situation where it no longer mattered what the hell you wore i would be tempted to dig out a top hat from somewhere and possibly a set of footie pyjamas (i think an apocalypse is possibly the only time i'd get away with that particular fashion statemrnt without being beaten to a pulp).

I saw sweeney todd
honestly I thought it was absolute shite. I generally dont like musicals though, but I thought maybe this one would be different. I enjoyed Spidershit Chronicles more, and thats saying a god damn lot.

The new batman movie is something to look out for, Christian Bale is ace as Batman.

Just finished watching Michel Clayton, quite slow and mellow but yet captivating movie... working my way through this years oscars movies so Sweeny todd will be up soon :)

Iron man was really good and a movie i definitly can recommend. Robert Downey JR did an excellent job.
