Filming DAoC Movies

As I found, fraps is rather annoying as you can only film for 30 seconds..

So does anyone know of some software that you have to go out and pay for that you can film for unlimited amount of time and maybe is better quality than Fraps.

Also does anyone know if there is a way to make them better quality with a digital camera or something? I heard someone say that they transfered it or something and became better quality.

Thanks in Advance

Buy fraps imo, ain't like its expensive probs cheaper then buying a round of drinks down the local and you download latest version from their site, even email you to say theres an update.

I can see why people wouldn't want to give money to billion dollar companies like Microsoft, but I don't when its small company like this, really small. :)

I use the registered full version of FRAPS. I find it really useful.

When I play movies back after i've filmed them, their always sort of jumpy

they play 5 seconds then jump a little etc

I only have 512MB Memory, anyone know what the problem is?

i have 512 ram & movies playback nps... chances are its the playback s/ware as even the most basic gfx card should play them back nps if you can play daoc with nps :)

try using DivX & also check you have latest codecs as these do help.

Buy Fraps support it instead of "stealing" it it's really worth the few €'s if you wanna record.
