A) Not drawing wrong conclusions here. I recently read a thread in which you stated that minstrels were overpowered. Could look it up, but doubt I can be arsed, you will still deny it.

B) I did reply. And besides the fact I disagree with comparing a cabby to an enchanter and feel that only a wiz can be compared, you even mention future changes where a cabby might do the same damage as an enchanter. Great stuff... So, I was right in stating that a luri will have more dex than a avalonian wiz, and I was right in stating they will be outdamaged.
And anyway, right now a Spirit Cabby will use this cast
45 Superior Essence Consumption 140.8 60% 2.5 sec. 29P Enemy
While a Mana enchanter will use this cast
50 Aurora Blast 179.5 2.6 sec. 33P Enemy
So it does hit harder....
