Access Denied

There should be a rage prefix. I downloaded the installation file for a game called Air rivals. I used utorrent to download it and when utorrent told me the download was done I exited and opened my download folder. The installation file was a blank white and whenever I click on it in any fashion it causes windows explorer to crash. Now the problem I have is I can't delete the fucking file either.
I even tried opening utorrent again to see if I'd misread it. (As if the bar changes colour) and it just sits there doing fuck all.
Right-click = Crash for explorer.
I can't even delete it through cmd, says access is denied. Ironically...
I've tried restarting my computer, nada. Don't know what else to do, it's obviously a corrupted file, fuck you very much Gameforge4d.
