Can anyone help out? I want to have a link to a RAR file on my webpage. The archive contains PBEM turns for a wargame. I'd like to display the time and date I uploaded the file next to the link. Is their an easy way of doing it?

Not in an html file, no, does your webspace support ASP or PHP?

I ashamed to say I don't really know. I'm with NTL.

That would be a "no".

In which case, there isn't an easy way to do it.

Bugger. I reckon I'll just not bother then. NTL are wankers. This whole situation has arisen because of them. We started doing it this way when e-mails from NTL to BT (and vice versa) with attachments started either disappearing or taking up to a week to be "delivered".

Thanks for the info anyway

How big is the RAR?

How do you know its not BT's fault as they are involved in the sending/receiving?
