File Menu + Toolbar has disappeared

I have the same problem (giving a result like this: http://www.filmklubben.org/logo/adress.jpg). I've not had a chance to try the advice on DevShed as I'm at work, but thought I'd appeal for any advice here as well, in the hope that someone has seem this odd issue before.

It occured after a reboot, after having switched theme to KoL's new OSX Tiger theme. I wonder if it's a side effect of that trying to make things more Maccy. No idea how to get it back though!

get tweak xp, that monkeys around with the registry to reset all the toolbars and menus.

I think I know KoL...I can ask him if you like.

I checked with StevieBM of Aquasoft this morning, he recons that there's no chance of it being the theme given the huge number of others using it. Just going to hope that I can fix it when I get back home.
