Alright mate

I've always found the best place to get new and good EF players is to hang out on the servers themselves.

That way you don't really need to hold a try out as you'll know how good they are and how good the players they played against are. Just make sure you play good to impress them into joining

Luckly for me, I just change my name slightly depended on my playing skill....
