can anyone get this working with just general.. if so could you tell me how.. i have tried the FAQ but cant seem to make it work

Well as far as i can see the RSS feed URLs are provided in the FAQ section. The RSS 2 feed URL for example is:

https://forums.freddyshouse.com/external.php?type=rss2

I've only tested it as a live bookmark but it's working for me. If you're in Firefox you can view that link and click "Subscribe" and choose how to subscribe.

Hope that helps.. I don't really get RSS that much myself, i just use a few live bookmarks.

anyone know a way of getting the RSS and 'excluding' forums? or getting one based on subscribed UserCP forums?
