#1 - Rustic door

I took this the same morning when photographing this amongst other shots, down on Derwent Water. The boat house had a rustic wooden window shutter with a big manly bolt.

For myself, I was actually pleased with this topic, because this hearkened back to when I was actually studying photography and the the teachers would send us out to do stuffs like the above.

Way more interesting (imo) than the technical assignments (eg take a picture of this box so it has three visible sides and one stop lighting difference between each side, etc, etc), but I digress. Make with the voting, peeplars

Big G #1, the door. Tough choices but I like the contrast of the wood versus the bolt and the lock too.
