personally i dont take it that seriously.

/mode YourName +x it hides your ip

then load it up, type in quakenet.org into the server and type /join #fh-ot into the main channel and you're in

Click the little lightning bolt at the top left of the screen

rofl i tried it once in the daoc days and well.... i spent £12 on a mic and stuff got it all set up the guys were telling me what progs i needed to use the irc thing and i DL'd them all then none of them worked then something made a crackling noise then the PC jammed up and it turned out i installed something nawsty.

so to cut a long story short, the end.
