Cheesing it just isnt the same on your own
Join IRC! Here is how! IN JUST 5 EASY STEPS!!!
(I know this is placed elsewhere but here is a simplified version)
1. Download and install mIRC: mIRC: Download mIRC
2.Open it up and go to "Tools->Options->Connect" and choose name etc:
3. Go to "Connect->Servers" and select Quakenet/Random Server, then press "Select".
4. Go to "Connect->Options" and click the "perform" button:
Make sure "perform on connect" is ticked, and add the following lines:
5. Click "OK" on all of that stuff, and click the connect lightning bolt at the top left corner, under "file". Then mIRC does its thing and connects you to the chat rooms
BUT:
DONT QUIT IF NO ONE TALKS STRAIGHT AWAYYYYYY
mIRC is like a finely matured wine! you have to take your time sometimes people dont talk, like above, but other times we'll all be chatting away and it will be fun I tend to "idle" on IRC, as in I'll leave it on all the time and come and see whats cooking every now and again, but not sit and watch it 24/7. This works well if you're doing work, surfing the net or doing other things and leave IRC on in the background. Its not a chatroom like normal ones, this is much better, trust me! IM A LION IRL!
Just pull up a chair, see what people say! #freddyshouse is much more active, xatrix and fh-ot are MUCH cooler though !!!

(these last three lines make you auto-join the best channels in the wooorrrrllddd)
