i wouldnt be too sure, i know for sure that it _seems_ my hot does alot less when diseased then not.. but i havnt tested it.

It's hard to test since there're no feedback that you can see for how much a HoT spell heals each tick. Easiest way would be to log a shadowblade and a bb, disease bb, then cast shaman hot and count the seconds it takes to heal up, then try the same without disease. If you sit with your bb, you will hit for cap,so unless you crit it will be the same damage that is healed up.

Shaman doesn't have HoT, it's a health regen buff.

Like Agri said , HoT being a spell/buff on a reuse timer it will not be effected by disease

However it will make you use slightly more end and nerf your Str

Cezarix sure is somewhat hard to understand, usaly does nothing at start, then turns and sheers you of every singel buff... respect to NI for having this clusters most potent players!
