Hibs relicraiding albs now, dunno what happened but no1 in my guild is online and the few cant login with their chars, just went ld with my char at sauvage. How many albs are at sauvage now? 500?

Best tactic ever to prevent relic raids though.. all albs suicide = all end up at castle sauvage = zonecrash = hibs/mids log on one by one and get owned by guards one by one because they'll all respawn when zone reboots...

ah well

When I got booted I was getting worried at the numbers inside being too low - but screaming on /as and similar was undoubtedly bringing reinforcements.

Let's just call it an alb win eh?

Everybody in alliance was yelling "SUICIDE" but no coz we knew server will crash but coz we r at avalon on the fekin noending Geershas event n the only way to get to excali in time was suiciding.

Soz hibs, maybe next time

i remember back in the old days when taking keeps wasnt that easy, nasty zonecrash and i log back in betwen the fucking doors, now closed... guardmeat

was an alb keep too... always bugged lords, zonecrash, ... those zerlings know their job :)

GoL was already inside before first door was on 50%
you were spotted before you started to pull
and 100 albs suicided at event...
so be happy you can blame GOA coz +150 albs were on their way
and already 30 inside

We messed up with goas event they messed up with our relic raid, just some donut pressing the reset button i bet.

Just unfortunate timing - Alb had an event on - Caer Witrin had been taken over by Geershas and strangers - most lvl 50's were there but numbers were not on a par with a dragon raid. However there were 100's of mobs - repopping all the time: we'd fight our way in to the castle (no mean feat against many orange and red cons to a lvl 50 and countless green/greys) only to get to the evil lord and be taken out.

Hibs were spotted at hadrians wall in numbers and a few went to xcal to be ready (hence the 30 inside) - it wasnt at all sure that a relic raid was on till guards were pulled - then people made their way to CS. I had just made it inside castle xcal (was dead tho - thx pbaoe'ers lol - and even more thanks to /s enter !!) got rezzed and was about to go onto walls when crashed. Had an alt logged in mithra tomb (dungeon) and could log him but no others - realized it was a zone crash.

I can't see it being the number of albs or hibs being the problem as at the time it crashed there simply wasnt enough albs there or at cs - can only assume that the 100's of mobs constantly spawning in cornwall plus the burden of raid/defenders numbers caused it.

Too bad the doors at xcal were reset - would have cost us quite alot!

instead of repairing doors after relic raid -all suicide u get zone crash and fresh doors
that is l33t alb tactics indeed

To Nol : GoL was inside , just prouving defence sucked / we were there fast.

To Qte : stop moaning, we lost all our lvl 10 doors at myrrdin castle

That'll teach them to try and catch us out when we're getting invaded in an event :clap: Now hibs, DON'T DO IT AGAIN! /slap

must admit, i feel a bit cheated there....

but hey ho..another day..another relic will be ours (lets face it, the albs ain't going to ever get close to taking a relic)

doesn't help much to retake your relic since you can't keep it for more then a week

bla bla bla, relic in snowdonia is impossible to defend, yada yada yada... tho remember excalubur is three steps from a bindpoint when Dagda is rather long horseroute away from the fastest bindpoint(if you don't have speed and are bound in MM...)

oh, and also I have put up rams on excali's last door quiet a few times.
