it sure is!

as you can see i pick a good deal of new people each raid and i am not a "class racist". Problem with the paladin class is it is the heaviest populated level 50 class on the server. Beside that this is only the second raid i try to organise and try to lean on high RR / experienced people.

I understand mate. I was just a bit upset. Please bear in mind that I do have experience in successful dragon raids though. I know when to run etc and have purge and full heat resists. In any case, good luck tonight!!!!
