Either it is new and that there to confuse me, or it is so 2007!!

Hopefully there be some decent remakes, or more to the point some good thought out sequels will be nice. Can but wait and see.

surely they just have waaay to much on to put resources into an FF7 remake?

I'd love to see one, but tbh it would have to be so perfect for it to be excepted it would mean a lot of work.

News is somewhat old like but I could have swore I got told point blank that it wouldn't happen.

They DO have a lot on their plate at the moment though, SE are currently in overdrive churning out all the new content for the FFXI expansion, they just released it and are currently tweaking it.

There's also rumours going around of a Chrono Cross remake also.

Square must know in some form that if they released a FF7 remake, it would quite possibly send PS3 sales through the roof.

I think it'll be after 13 is released though, I think they want to get the hype up on 13 first though.

If they said "Oh were remaking FF7 btw", people would pretty much point blank not give a fuck about 13.

PC version is utterly shit under XP, need the XP patch.

hope they remake it, nothing will ever be as good as the original ofc, but would be nice to see tif...midgard in new sparkly-o-vision.

Its the only Final Fantasy game I've played, bloody good though. Lots of people who have played all or most of them say that thier personal favorite is x y or z but I think the general consensus is that FFVII stands out as the best one of the lot.

If i havent already bought a PS3 when a release day is announced for FF7 The Remake i will go and buy one straight away. FF7 along with Planescape Torment is the best ive had in videogame rpg's.

7 is generally considered the best, 6 is also amazing, and i really really liked 8.

wasnt so keen on 9 or 10, but 12 is bloody awesome, but more of a departure, with no random battles.
