The past two occasions I have eaten out, have resulted in me feeling really sickly, like I need to throw up, except I can't.. so I constantly feel sick and it's not a nice feeling. But I don't understand why!

The first time was at pizza hut, I felt really sick eating the pizza and afterwards, and this time at an indian meal, except I ate English food (Omlette and Chips) and yet I feel sick now. Maybe someone can explain to be what the heck is up with me, because it really ruins my night :(

AIDS?

Seriously though, I often feel the same. May I suggest having an egg based meal while eating out is not a good idea.

Hope you feel better soon.

Only feel sick when my grandad is cooking his chips in a horrible deep fat frier cause I can smell it :p

I had proplus today, and a lot to drink last(edit)night.. maybe i still have alcohol in me? Cause I had like the tinyest sip of wine which could have triggered it somehow? What the hell am I talking about :D

IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) can have that effect, as I know to my own displeasure and discomfort. Often happens when eating at unusual, or at least different-to-normal, times. If it is IBS there are some decent over the counter remedies available, mostly involving peppermint products funnily enough.

Indian = spicy, and I bet you had something spicy on your pizza at pizza hut? Try something non-spicy.

Case closed :)

Hmm, greasy crappy Pizza Hut. (Who knows what goes on in there kitchens) and a fatty omelette and chips...whatever can be the problem! ;)

I was going to say IBS.

The past two times i've eaten Indian food (from two different places), i've been shitting through the eye of a needle within an hour. Similarly, i've also felt very sick and bloated but not actually being sick. I'll run to the toilet and have a wretch but nothing comes up... then i'm usually fine. I've stopped eating it as a precaution.

Perhaps you have some sort of intolerance or allergy; but tbh, you're maybe just eating shite food. Pizza Hut is disgusting, I don't know how anyone could eat it. I can't eat burger king, that makes me wanna puke.

Watch Super Size Me, that'll make you eat proper food ;). Also have a look here.

Go and see your GP.

Yet you eat haggis and Englishmen, how can you say BK is shit?

Wait a fucking minute I just offended myself there.

You are hardly indulging in "Haute Cuisine", go to a restaurant not a cafe.

Psychological at a guess.

Not sure who you're referring to in this case? ... but it's definitely not in my head - i'm usually up for eating anything and anytime; but suddenly i've got this intolerence for Indian food.

Sucks too, I love a bhoona chicken + naan bread... and a pint. ;)

get a food tolerance test.
there may be something in the food causing a reaction. it could also be any number of additives. a lot of indian food contains colourings because the fresh ingredients used in india to give the food colour are not available here.

im intolerant to dairy (yoghurt and milk mainly) and get terrible wind after eating it. not ice cream though, curiously.

My Ex was intolerant of Sausages, Korma and Cheese.

It made her fat.

I used to have a fairly serious intollerance to eggs, which made me very very ill.

If both times happened fairly close together, then it may just be that you're a bit under the weather, and eating a lot of rich food doesnt suit atm.

If you think it might be something more, keep a food diary, noting everything you ate, and at what time, and any symptoms. After a couple of weeks it'll be pretty easy to see any patterns that are coming out, whether it be type of food, timing etc.
