proper Staropramen (the Czech stuff is 12% not the shitty imported piss weak stuff) for lager
Grizzly or Tabitha for a real ale
Laphroig 18 or Caol Ila for a single malt

A pint of Tetley's bitter and if not Tetley's (which doesn't travel well) then a pint of Black Sheep ale or Theakston's Old Peculiar.

If eating, then a Riocca, preferably one eight years old or older or a Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon.

If planning to fall over at some point then Talisker (preferably the 10 year old malt) or Lagavulin. I like my Islay whisky
