Farming

Thinking of coming back to game for a while just to kill some time. wanting to do mostly farming.
So i was wondering what the best places are to farm for Arcanium salvageable armours weapons are in mainland si and toa? i dont got Dr yet but i will be getting it...or maybe theres another way to raise cash other than salvageing arcanium now?

i asked the same question a bit back and got told the viking camps just a bit further into gwyn plains past the lsoa mob

didnt have too much success there though, wasnt as fast as i wanted it to be

Ml9 sorc + Buffbot

Charm scorcher and go to SI island, and mass kill the buzzing nuisanaces(sp?) there.

For farming of arcanium in SI , get a serv necromancer and a fop buffbot go and farm orcs in Aldland , though this spot is normally used it has nice salvagable items for a high level salvager and you make big money if you trinket the materials afterwards .

actually a sight necro can farm there too as you only get like, 6 yellow con mobs on you and they die pretty easy.

the respawn timer is anything from 1 to about 70 or 80 hours iirc, but thats only if someone kills the ogre that spawn the orc army(lots of noobs do this because they dont know what the mob is for)

farmed the orcs today, i found you end up with loads of duskwood, think we had around 4000 boards (was there for agees though). about 1/2 tht amount of leather, and 1/4 of tht metal. think it could be done with a matter cabby...but would take longer. prob best place i found to make money salvaging though. if you can also summon merch (ml6 abilty) money would b great, as we were destroying rog jewellery ect.

Scorcher can be done by minstrel too, providing you can find an orange con one, they're effective enough when fully buffed (including red healproc) to take on all the orc groups in one pull, I found it slightly quicker than serv necro but this was a long time ago. But as always the ml9 sorc can do the same or better with much less effort

Farming DF seals also used to be a nice way to get raw cash, especially with a buffed pet class, but I know the high level mobs got a big boost a couple of patches back not sure if it's still as viable.
