Yes we can,although they r farly easy got 12 today.

Dunno wich Alch drops ur after but the best are:
Giant Blod (end regen value 4) Pure Mercury (haste) and Lich Tooth (omni drain armour proc)

i stod in the forrest next 2 golestadt killing about 500+ of the red/purp with ml9 matter cabby (the all aggro pet) and got:

2 Lich tooth
5 Giant blood
and about 200 patterns

just so you know what ur in for

As for farming... if you have a necro or cabby you can easily take the reds and purp cons in dartmoor that drop the 'more rare' alch drops.
(and with ML9 pet it goes super fast)

I got just about all the drops I needed after farming Danonian Soldiers for a couple of hours. These are located on the left side at the end of the main path through Lyonese.

Easiest place I found for Patterns was Krondon initial chamber room. Blue to Red Con easy mobs.

Farming Danonian Soldiers will not get any Lich or Brain Fluid teeth the other items are not a problem the hard ones are Granite Giants as they seem to add,or maybe they just dont like me [also I dont have a ML9 pet yet. Still working on it].
