Hi guys

The time has come for me to leave

Over the past couple of years I've gone from just an infrequent forum user to 'King' of Hardware and Hosting (ha!) and it's been great fun. I've met so many wonderful people, hopefully been able to help those who need it and generally had a great time here at BarrysWorld/GAME.net.

There are a couple of reasons why I'm leaving: mainly that life is so beautiful, and I'm not going to see much of it chained to my PC But I also worry I don't have the time to help people like I used to. Thankfully, though, there are sooo many clever, helpful people just waiting in the wings to assist those who need it, so I'm sure you won't be stuck for advise and support.

I'll still be involved with TechNation, and should you ever need a bit of advise, feel free to contact me at jonty@tecnation.co.uk and I'll happily help you out anyway I can.

Thanks for everything; it's been a pleasure and privilege to be part of this community.

Im afraid I have a kinda double response to this news Buddy.

Im upset that your leaving the forums. It has always been a pleasure working with you and some of the chats weve had have been hilarious, although perhaps now I may get more work done At least we can take heart in the fact that, like Kenny says, you'll still be around.

But, the flip-side is that youve discovered the "Outside" world, and your gonna be in the best place in the country to enjoy it mate. Hope it all goes well.

I guess the other problem is that I will have to try and answer more questions on this forum. So I guess GAME.Net will be inundated with unhappy punters
