FarCry locks up

Whenever I play the game and something like a helicopter is nearby the whole game locks up for a while, and then suddenly starts working again. I have a Radeon 9200 and have no idea if I need to update my drivers to fix it?

Driver Version is 6.14.10.6404.

the latest version is 6.14.10.6458 or to a normal person catalyst v4.7
