Let me repeat it one more time incase you might have missed it, people who are banned usually received one or more warnings before the actual ban or broke the CoC very bad in which case they can get insta banned. Allmost all the recently banned people got a temp ban and will be back.

After that it's up to them if that temp ban will be changed into a perma one or not.

And as for Coim, ask him yourself using the wonderfull pm function?
