A man flies a baloon and realizes, that he lost his orientation. He reduces the hight and suddenly sees a man on the ground. He lets the baloon sink even more and yells:

"You must be engineer", sais the balloon driver.

"I am", he answers. "But how did you guess?

The engineer answers: " You must be a manager"

"I am", answers the baloon driver, "but how did you guess?"
