its called leveling in groups. Is it hard to understand? What you have to remember is not everyone is a hard core gamer who can sit and stare at a screen for 23 hours a day pressing a button. Some of us need other stimulation. Groups > soloing. Makes the time pass by quicker.

Sorry, you're right. The purpose of these boards is, apparently, to whine and bitch at each other. My making a comment in support of what another poster said is well out of line. My mistake, I'll be more negative in future.

And how is levelling a Necro in a group hard? Does the group deliberately hamper itself or something? I group with my necro a lot and it certainly seems a lot easier than soloing. The fun component goes without saying.

No it isn't. Sitting inside the bridge when you are attacking people as a means to avoid being targetted and cheating is spoiling fun for people. Just sitting inside the bridge, say at 5am when there is no bugger about, isn't spoiling it for anyone. Its also questionable whether that is fun or not.

You have used specific examples to try and disprove a generalised statement. They do not prove that the general statement is wrong, you have only shown that if the general statement is applied to specific circumstances then it can be invalidate. This does not provide overall invalidation of the statement. The examples you have given are also fairly poor in that they make assumptions that the stuipid activities you have listed are, in fact, fun. They are probably fun to specific individuals, but I think we could agree that in general terms they are not usually considered to be fun activities. By expanding your statements out into general terms, all you really show is that stupid activities can be considered fun by a small number of people. As opposed to fun in general terms being considered stupid by everyone.

the only class that can do that are BD's and Cabba's... was he a cabalist? if not then he CANT damage you. god knows ive sat in that exploit a few times when i was bored at 4am.. u cant target anything.. and how hard is a pet to kill when no BD lifetapping you...? even necros cant cast.. because you dont have LOS to your target... its not really an exploit more of a means of doing nothing and watching people go by..
